SUPREME PAIRINGS – EPISODE 13 – MYTH: Liquid for Chocolate

Potable flavor can mean many different things. It can be bitter, rich, earthy, acidic and fruity—all qualities that provide various vino pairing challenges. When I was in culinary school, I was ever told to drink marine with coffee but there are several very interesting wines that help enhance the chocolate flavor. It is important to taste the chocolate alone first because some chocolates can metal complex and resentful and whether the wine is not syrupy enough, the brunette will make the look sour. Provided the wine is too brave in its fruit, the experience can whelm the palate. In this section, we explore two different red wines with three totally different chocolate desserts to find a perfect pairing. aveceric.com http twitter.com

Can you help Maine find a really good vino that is sweet and fruity?

about fruity wine Asked by *Sombra*:
Can you help me discovery a really nice wine that is honeyed and fruity?

My chosen answer:
Pinot Noir is not what you’re sounding for. It’s a rather light-bodied, merely still dry (opposite of sweet) wine.

For a red, effort a Beaujolais … a white, maybe a Riesling. Some are somewhat sweet and fruity.

Shiraz-Cabernet is a endearing mix, but not all for the student. It’s quite dry. Chardonnay is neither tasteful nor fruity, the good Chardonnays are very dry and oaky. Which is wonderful, but not, obviously, what you’re sounding for.

You might like a pink wine … White Zinfandel, White Merlot, Rose … Personally, I consider them all sewage, but plenty of race like them. You probably shall not offend anyone beside cardinal of these.

Or, convinced … Arbor Mist … not really a wine, but much of a wine-cooler-in-a-big-bottle … not great quality, only none one really HATES it.

Sweet And Fruity Red Wine?

Question about fruity wine posed by Lisa H:
Sweet And Fruity Red Wine?

Best answer
you actually don’t really want a sweet wine for sangria, since you will be adding sugary things to it via cointreau, grand marnier, fruit, and sugar.

that said I usually make mine with syrah or zinfandel (the red kind). tempranillo is also a nice alternative. It is a spanish wine, so would lend itself well to sangria which is spanish.

Don’t buy anything too expensive. Maybe $10 max.
